Groovability classes are currently held on Saturdays from 10:30 - 12:00.
We cover many different areas including:
1. Isolationary Movement
2. Balance
3. Dexterity
4. Syncronazation
5. Coupling
6. Connections
7. Chair Work
8. Posture
All participants are required to provide written consent from a Physician in order to participate in class.
